All items display their in-stock availability and are available for immediate shipment. If an item is out of stock it temporarily cannot be ordered. Email us for the next availability on the out of stock items.

PayPal orders require two steps - place the order normally through our checkout system. You can then log into your PayPal account by selecting the PayPal button. You will be taken to PayPal's website where you may securely complete your transaction. Order fulfillment process does not begin until you have completed your PayPal process.

If you ever need to return something, certain conditions apply:
All returns MUST be authorized by DBJ Miniatures. Please E-MAIL us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you return something without the RA#, we'll have no way to credit you. DBJ Miniatures reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise without a valid RA #. No cash refunds. RA #'s must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
If for any reason you are unhappy with any item from our online store, DBJ Miniatures will gladly accept it back in sellable condition within 30 days from the invoice date for a refund or exchange. Returns must be accompanied by an invoice. Original standard shipping / processing charges are non-refundable. Processing of your return will be delayed if you do not follow these directions. Payment for shipping a return is the responsibility of the customer. All returned merchandise must be shipped postage-paid and insured back via US MAIL to DBJ Miniatures, PO Box 1553, Chino, CA 91708. We cannot accept COD's. The returned merchandise MUST be in its original unopened resellable packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components, manuals and registration cards intact. Items sold in sets must be returned in their entirety.
Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Items which arrive damaged or defective will only be replaced after the RA # is issued and damaged item is received by us. Defective merchandise will be replaced with an identical item only.
If the customer decides that they ordered the wrong product, there will be a 15% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible to pay the shipping charges.

Standard shipping method for orders is the United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped First Class Mail (Standard Post or Priority Mail when exceeding 13 ounces) from Chino, California, USA.
International orders can be shipped USPS First Class Mail International, Priority Mail International or Express International Mail, depending upon the weight. Please remember that some countries will charge you an import duty, and we have no control over that. Your order will include Customs Forms appropriately filled out showing the cost of each order. We cannot send international orders designated as 'Gift'. All Customs charges are the customers responsibility.
Express International Mail is the only method providing a tracking number. All other methods of International shipping are at risk of loss in the mail system. We highly recommend this method of shipping International orders.
